How to "Download" Deductions Template Upload in Payroll Run and fill out?

For the instructions on downloading the Deductions template Upload in the Payroll run, please refer to the following procedures.

1. Click Payroll and select Payroll Run

   

2. Once the specific Payroll Run is selected, click the ellipsis icon(3 vertical dots) and select Edit

   

3. Navigate to the Deductions module and choose a specific option from the dropdown menu within the Transaction section.

   

4. Choose Add from the Transaction Type options and then choose Upload from the Deductions Type options.

   

5. Click the Download icon to generate the Deductions Template.

   

6. After downloading, fill in the details and upload the completed form using the Upload icon. Please refer to this link for the procedures
