How to Run Special Payroll?

Special Payroll

  1. Go to AanyaHR and Login to your account.

  2. Go to Payroll > select Payroll Run.

  3. Click "Create" button.

  4. Go to Details > "Payroll Code" will automatically be set.

  5. Click "Payroll Type" then select "Special" from the dropdown list.

  6. Fill out all required fields.

  7. Click the “Search” button to reflect the items for earnings, deductions, loans, statutory, and tax to include or exclude in the process.

    Indicate the number of months' basic salary you wish to apply. For further clarification on each category, refer to the tooltips provided for Earnings, Deductions, Loans, Statutory Contributions, and Tax to understand their respective functionalities.

  8. Once filled out, click “Save”.

  9. To upload Timekeeping, go to Timekeeping Tab > click "Timekeeping Type", and select the Type of Timekeeping you wish to use.

  10. Proceed in uploading or adding Earnings, Deductions, Loans, and Gov't Contributions when necessary.

  11. Go to > Generate Payroll > click “Calculate Payroll” button, a message box will appear, click “Ok”.

  12. Click “Payroll Register” button to export or download the payroll register.

  13. A Message Box will appear, click OK.

  14. You may now check and view the payroll register in your downloaded files.
