# How to setup the prompt message for multiple logs

Prompt message for multiple logs

1.  Go to [**AanyaHR**](https://appv2.aanyahr.com/) and **login** your account
    
2.  Go to Timekeeping Module and select TK Category

3.  Click the 3 dots beside the TK Category and choose Edit

4.  Go to Threshold module and click the dropdown button on “Allow prompt message for multiple IN/OUT”
    
    -   Yes – Prompt message will occur every multiple IN/OUT within the Threshold coverage
        
    -   No – No prompt message will occur for multiple IN/OUT

5.  Once final, click the Save button to take effect the changes
