Go to AanyaHR and Login to your account.
Go to Payroll > select Payroll Run.
Select the processed final payroll, click the “three-dot” icon, and choose the “Edit” option to open the details of the selected payroll run.
Navigate to “Generate Payroll”, then select the “2316 and YTD” section.
Note: An error message will pop up. Click “OK” to exit the message.
To proceed, click the box icon to select all employees, then navigate back to the "2316 and YTD" section by clicking on it again.
Zip files will be automatically created and saved to your Downloads folder. Open the files to review their contents.
Note: The BIR 2316 and YTD files are in PDF format.
