How to Upload BIR Form 2316 from Previous Employer.

This article will provide instructions for downloading and uploading BIR Form 2316 for employees who have had previous employers.

1. Go to AanyaHR and Login to your account.

2. Go to Data Upload > then select "Upload".

   

3. Click the documents dropdown menu and choose “2316 Upload".

   

4. Click on the “Download” button.

   

5. Click the “downward arrow” in the box to select the exported file format.

   

6. Click “Excel” to export the template file.

   

7. Enter the necessary information in the required fields.

   

8. Click “Upload” to upload the file.

   

9. Click “Save” changes.

   

   Note:

   If an error prompt appears and you cannot see the error message, change the color display.

   

   How to change the color display from light to dark?

   1. Click the half-moon icon.

   

   2. Click “Dark” in the scheme options.

   

   3. Check the error message in the error logs.

   Once you have made the necessary updates and corrections to the uploaded file, go back to steps 8 and 9.
