# How to Setup Statutory for TAX?

Statutory for TAX

For instructions on how to setup Statutory for HDMF, please follow the steps outlined below.

1.  From the **Statutory Setup Table**, select **Create.**

2.  Select **Statutory**, then select **TAX** from the dropdown list.

    3\. Fill out the needed details.

    4\. Once you have entered all the necessary information, select a **Calculation Type** from the dropdown list.

    4-a. **Calculated-** select **Tax Rate** from the dropdown list.

    4-b. - **Fixed** \- set a **Maximum Amount**.

5.  Once you have entered all the necessary information, click **Save.**
