# How to Generate HDMF - STLRF (PDF)?

HDMF - STLRF (PDF)

**HDMF - STLRF** (Short Term Loan Remittance Form) - This document is a remittance form from an employer to Pag-IBIG for employee short-term loans. It includes the employer/business name and address, period covered, and lists the names and loan details of borrowing employees.

For instructions on generating **HDMF - STLRF (PDF)**, please follow the steps outlined below.

1.  Go to **Payroll** and select **Reports**.
    
2.  After selecting **Reports**, proceed to section **Government**.

3.  After selecting **Government**, proceed to **HDMF** then select **HDMF -** **STLRF (PDF).**

4.  Fill out the needed details.

5.  Once you have entered all the necessary information, select the **View Report** option to generate a preview of the **HDMF - STLRF Report**.

6.  If you wish to generate the file, click the **export** button.

7.  Choose the file format you wish to use for generating the **HDMF - STLRF Report.**

8.  To choose the Excel file, simply click on the corresponding option. The file will then begin to generate.

9.  A file will be created and saved to your downloads folder automatically. You can then open the file to check its contents.
