# How to Generate PHIC - EPRS (Excel)?

PHIC - EPRS (Excel)

The **Electronic Premium Remittance System** or EPRS, is a web application that allows employers to manage members of the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation or Philhealth. This system helps employers monitor and manage payments for their employees who are members of Philhealth.

For instructions on generating **PHIC - EPRS**, please follow the steps outlined below.

1.  Go to **Payroll** and select **Reports**.
    
2.  After selecting **Reports**, proceed to section **Government.**

3.  After selecting **Government**, proceed to **PHIC** then select **PHIC - EPRS (Excel).**

4.  Fill out the needed details.

5.  Once you have entered all the necessary information, select the **View Report** option to generate a preview of the **PHIC - EPRS Report**. You will find the details displayed at the bottom section of the interface.

6.  If you wish to generate the file, click the **export** button.

8.  Choose the file format you wish to use for generating the **PHIC - EPRS Report.**

9.  To choose the Excel file, simply click on the corresponding option. The file will then begin to generate.

10.  A file will be created and saved to your downloads folder automatically. You can then open the file to check its contents.
