# How to Generate SSS - Contribution Remittance (Excel

SSS - Contribution Remittance (Excel)

To produce this report in AanyaHR, one would normally adhere to the following steps and procedures.

1.  Go to **Payroll** and select **Reports**.
    
2.  After selecting **Reports**, proceed to section **Government**.

    3\. Upon selecting the **Government** option, all Government Reports will be displayed for you.

4.  Select SSS, then select SSS - Contribution Remittance (Excel) from the option.

5.  Fill out the needed details.

6.  Once you have entered all the necessary information, select the View Report option to generate a preview of the SSS Contribution Remittance. You will find the details displayed at the bottom section of the interface.

7.  If you wish to generate the file, click the **export** button.

8.  Choose the file format you wish to use for generating the **SSS - Loan Contribution Repot**.

9.  To choose the file format, simply click on the corresponding option. The file will then begin to generate.

10.  A file will be created and saved to your downloads folder automatically. You can then open the file to check its contents.
