# How to Generate Alpha List Schedule?

Generate Alpha List Schedule

For instructions on generating **Alpha List Schedule**, please follow the steps outlined below.

1.  Go to **Payroll** and select **Reports**.
    
2.  After selecting **Reports**, proceed to section **Annual Reports**.

3.  After choosing the **Annual Reports** option, you will be presented with all the relevant Specific Reports.

4.  If you opt for the **Alpha List Schedule**, simply click on it.

    -   Year - Choose the **year** for which you wish to generate the **Alpha List Schedule** from the dropdown menu.
        
    -   Company - From the dropdown menu, select the **company** for which you want to create the **Alpha List Schedule**.
        
    -   **Export** Icon - the button to be clicked if you want to **download** the report.
        
5.  Complete the required information, and then click on the **Download** Icon to proceed. This will automatically be downloading the report.

6.  Feel free to click on the file to review its contents.
