# How to download Billing Report Summary?

This article helps to extract the billing summary report.

1.  Log in to AanyaHR.
    
2.  Go to Payroll Tab

3.  Go to Customs Report

4.  Select Billing Report (Summary)

5.  Select Company

6.  Select Branch

7.  Select Report start date

8.  Select Report end date

9.  Input the USD Rate

10.  Input the percentage of Service fee without the percentage (%) sign

11.  Extract the report by clicking Export.

12.  Select the Excel type to download the file.
