# How to use Timekeeping in Payroll Run?

Timekeeping in Payroll Run

Effective timekeeping is crucial for accurate payroll calculations and compliance. Accurate timekeeping benefits both employees and employers. Please find below the AanyaHR features and procedures for the timekeeping process.

1.  Click **Payroll** and select **Payroll Run**

2.  Once the specific **Payroll Run** is selected, click the **ellipsis icon**(3 vertical dots) and select **Edit**

3.  Navigate to the **Timekeeping module** and choose a specific **Timekeeping type**.
