How to create a Payroll Cut-off?Once the payroll run code has been generated, it will be shared with the client's payroll administrator. Below is a sample of a created payroll run code.
The client is now ready to generate and validate the TK for Payroll the upload.
The client has the option to utilize the following TK Template:
Upload Detail - Use a template to upload attendance information per date.
Upload Summary - Use a template to upload total attendance by cut-off.
How to Generate TK Upload Summary Template in Payroll Upload?System-generated - Select a Timekeeping Code to include in the payroll.
After completing these TK templates, the Illimitado Payroll Master will proceed with the Timekeeping (TK) uploading. However, clients who choose to utilize the system-generated TK will share the TK Code via email with the Illimitado Payroll Master for uploading.

After completing the upload, if any details need updating in the previously uploaded Timekeeping (TK) file, you have the option to delete it.
How to Delete Uploaded TK (Detail/Summary/System Generated) in Payroll Upload?After ensuring that the current timekeeping is fully completed, address any necessary TK adjustments related to previous payroll runs. Please consult the list below and the links for the detailed procedures.
8.1 How to Generate TK Upload Detail Template in Payroll Upload? - If there are any remaining adjustments to be made for employees, you can use this template, which contains detailed attendance information.
