# How to publish payslip in ESS? (Admin)

This article helps you to publish payslip in ESS as admin user.

1.  Go to the payroll tab.

2.  Go to Payroll Run.

3.  **Choose the payroll you are currently processing.**

4.  Go to Generate tab.

5.  Check this box to select all employees.

6.  Look for the Payslip Box.

7.  Drop down the publish button

8.  Click the side arrow to publish to the employee’s user.

9.  A prompt will appear indicating that you have successfully published, and payslips are ready for viewing in ESS.
