How To Upload Multi-Shift Schedule Using Template

to upload multi-shift schedule, kindly follow these steps

Refer to the Mgmt module's "How To Download Schedule Template" for instructions on how to download the template.

  1. Go to AanyaHR and login to your account.

  2. Navigate to Mgmt module and select schedule.

  3. Click the upload button.

  4. Select Employee Schedule Upload as document and click upload button.

  5. Select the file you wish to upload.

    A validation message will appear if your file contains invalid inputs.

  6. Click save button.

    Navigate to Attendance to determine if the change has been reflected on the employee. See "How To Check Schedule".

Guidance On How to Fill Out the Template

Required fields:

  • Employee ID - Employee ID provided by the administrator

  • Date - Specific date of the schedule.
    - followed the MM/dd/yyyy format (e.g. 08/08/01/2023)

  • First Shift - The employee's first schedule for the specified dates.
    - For reference, see shift codes from timekeeping > shift modules

  • Second Shift - Second schedule followed by the employee's first schedule on the specified dates.
    See shift codes from timekeeping > shift modules for reference

  • First Schedule IN/OUT - Required if the shift code does not exist on the list of shift codes.
    - First employee schedule for the specified dates
    - Followed by the MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm AM/PM format (e.g., August 1, 2023, 8:00 AM).

  • Second Schedule IN/OUT - Required if the shift code does not exist on the list of shift codes.
    - Date-specific second schedule followed by the employee's first schedule.
    - Followed by the MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm AM/PM format (e.g., August 1, 2023, 8:00 AM).

  • Break - Input "Yes" if break time will be deducted from regular hours. Input "No" if not.

  • First Break IN/OUT - Required if break input is equal to "YES"
    - Followed by MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm AM/PM format (e.g. 08/01/2023 12:00 pm)

  • Second Break IN/OUT - Second break of the employee's schedule for the specified dates
    - Followed by MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm AM/PM format (e.g. 08/01/2023 12:00 pm)
