# How to download Employee Information under Data Upload module

Extract Employee Information Template

## Generate Employee Information Template using Admin or other account with employee information upload module.  

1.  Go to [AanyaHR](https://appv2.aanyahr.com/login/) and **login** your account.
    
2.  Go to **Data Upload** module > **Upload**

3.  Click **"Documents"** dropdown then select **"Employee Information Upload"**  
      
    **_NOTE:_** _Required to pick document before extracting template._

4.  Click **"Download Template"** button

5.  Template will reflect

    Click **"Export"** button then click **"Excel"**

    **_Once done executing the Download, System will notify that downloading is done._**
