# How to generate Supervisor report using Admin Report module

Supervisor Report

## Generate Supervisor report using Admin Report module.

1.  Go to [**AanyaHR**](https://appv2.aanyahr.com/login/) and **login** your account.
    
2.  Go to **Admin** **Reports** menu.

3.  Under **Employee** select **Supervisor**

4.  Input all the necessary information such as Sub Company, Branch, Department, and Employees.
    
    **_Note:_** _The dropdown list is multi-select means you can select more than 1 option._

5.  Click **View report** to generate the Supervisor list.

6.  The initial report will be viewable on the portal.

7.  To download a soft copy of report, click the Export icon and select file type.
    
    **Note:** Suggested file format to export:  
    **Excel** - .xlsx(.xls)  
    **PDF** - .pdf  
    **CSV** - .csv

8.  The system notifies that downloading of report is done.  
      
    Note: Default file location after download **Drive C:\\Download** or **My Computer\\Download**
