What to do if logs are not visible

How to check missing logs

ℹ The HR or Admin can view Time Logs of employees

You can check this article to learn How to view Time Logs

  • All raw captured logs from Bundy, Mobile App, Biometric, Upload, Change Log will be reflected on Time logs

  • Time logs module can also be utilize to counter check if transaction created by the employee are successfully processed

These are the following reasons if logs are not captured in Time Logs module:

  1. Unsuccessful clock IN/OUT
