This feature allows you to designate up to three employees who are authorized to report issues within the system. By selecting eligible employees, you ensure that only approved personnel have the ability to raise concerns, helping maintain a streamlined and organized issue management process.
Click Admin.

Click Company.

Click the ⋮ (Vertical Ellipsis) and select Edit.

Go to Company Settings and select an employee under Ticketing Access.
Note: You can select up to three employees who are eligible to report issues.

Click Save
