How to generate Deduction Summary Report

This article helps you on how to generate the Deduction Summary Report.

  1. Log in to your AanyaHR account.

  2. Go to Payroll > Custom Reports > Select Deduction Summary Reports.

  3. Select the pay-out type.

  4. Select the Year


  5. Select the Payroll Code to generate the deduction summary

  6. Click the View Report icon on the right side of the screen.



  7. In the export icon, select the Excel to generate the report in Excel format, and it will automatically save to the downloads folder.
