How to Generate Timekeeping Detailed from Admin Report

If an employee does not complete their scheduled hours during a holiday, the system-generated timekeeping will reflect late or undertime entries to monitor any incomplete holiday schedules. However, when using the system-generated timekeeping for payroll calculations, these late or undertime entries will not impact the payroll, as only actual worked hours are counted. This report is useful for timekeepers or designated personnel who may need to generate a timekeeping report without deductions for holidays, assisting in internal reporting and audits.

How to Generate Timekeeping Detailed from Admin Report

  1. Go to AanyaHR and login your account.

  2. Go to Admin Report menu.

  3. Under the Timekeeping module, select Timekeeping Detailed.

  4. Choose the TK code(s) (generated from timekeeping) that correspond to the date range you want to generate. Multiple TK codes can be selected

  5. Select your preferred filter for this report

  6. Select the items you wish to exclude for holidays. For example, if you do not want to include late and undertime on holidays, choose "late" and "undertime."

  7. Choose the date range you wish to generate.

  8. Report will also reflect on the designer below, click Export to excel to extract the report
