How to update Cost Allocation manually?

This article explains on how to update manually.

  1. Log in at AanyaHR

  2. Go to Payroll > Setup > Cost Allocation

  3. Select the employee to update, you may opt to search the employee name and click search.

  4. Click the 3dots then click Edit

  5. Update the changes to make in the employee's allocation. You may opt to edit another record by clicking the 3dots and edit.

  6. Review the changes and click save button

  7. A confirmation message will appear if you want to save changes, click "Yes" to confirm.

  8. A prompt message will appear that you have successfully save the changes.

  9. You can now proceed to extracting your JE - Cost Allocation.
