“How to Delete Loans under Payroll Menu”

This article provides instructions on how to delete loans from the payroll menu.

  1. Go to AanyaHR and Login to your account.

  2. Go to Payroll > then select "Loans".

  3. You will be directed to the Loans List. Select the desired data from the dropdown menu.

    Company – Choose the relevant company or choose “Select All” if you wish to include all available options.

    Branch – Select the specific branch or choose “Select All” to include every branch.

    Employee – Select the specific employee whose Loans you wish to delete or click “Select All” to include all employees.

    Loan-type – Select the specific loan type you wish to delete or click “ALL” to view all loans.

    Date From – Select the start date you want to display.

    Date To – Select the end date you want to display.

    Status – Choose a status from the list (Open, Pause, Close) to filter the display.

  4. Click the “search” button to display the selected data.

  5. Click on the “trash bin” icon to delete.

  6. Check the box located before the employee ID to select the loans you wish to delete permanently.

    Click the “trash bin” once more to proceed with the deletion.

  7. A Prompt message will appear, “Are you sure you want to delete Emp ID ILMI0005” Click “Yes” to proceed.

    Note:

    ILMI0005 represents the chosen employee ID.

    Delete Emp ID ILMI0005 indicates the action of deleting Loans for that employee ID.

  8. You will see a confirmation message. Click “OK” to acknowledge and close it.

    Note:

    This error message indicates that files with an existing loan history cannot be deleted. Only newly created loans that have not been included in any payroll run are eligible for deletion. Click “Confirm” to exit.
