Why is the clock in/out button not working?

Clock in/out button is not working - Getting Transaction Failed error

There are three (3) reason why clock in/out button is not working.

  • No schedule tagged for the current day

    You can only clock in if you have a schedule assigned to you for the day. You can check your tagged schedule on the Calendar view and Profile

  • Overlapping schedule from before and after the day

    Eg:
    June 01, 2023 schedule is 10PM-7AM
    June 02, 2023 schedule is 6AM-3PM
    The clock in button on June 02, 2023 will be disabled until you clock out for the your 1st schedule (June 01, 2023)

  • Overnight shift, no schedule tagged for the previous or next day

    If you work an overnight shift then you should have a tagged schedule for the previous and next day also
