How To Check My Attendance?

Follow the steps below to check your attendance

  1. Login to AANYAHR.

  2. Click the "Current TK" button at the bottom of the dashboard.

  3. Select your preferred range ang click the "check" icon

Definition of terms:

  • Employee Code: your Employee ID provided by your company administrator

  • Employee: your full legal name

  • Date:  schedule date

  • Schedule In:  start date and time of your shift

  • Schedule Out: end date and time of your shift

  • Time In: first clock-in

  • Time Out: last clock-out

  • RG: regular working hours less break hours.

  • Tardy: late hours

  • UT: undertime Hours

  • ABSNT: absent hours

  • LWOP: leave without pay hours

  • VL: vacation Leave hours

  • SL: Sick Leave hours

  • OTLV: other Leave hours

  • ND: regular night differential hours

  • RGOT : regular overtime hours

  • RGOTND : regular overtime hours with Night Differential.

  • LHOT: legal holiday hours

  • LHOTND: legal holiday hours with night differential

  • LHOT>8: legal holiday beyond 8 hours

  • LHOTND>8 : legal holiday beyond 8 hours with night differential

  • LHRD: legal holiday rest day hours

  • LHRDND: legal holiday rest day hours with night differential

  • LHRD>8:  legal holiday rest day beyond 8 hours

  • LHRDND>8 : legal holiday rest day beyond 8 hours with night differential

  • SHOT: special holiday hours

  • SHOTND : special holiday hours with night differential

  • SHOT>8: special holiday rest day beyond 8 hours

  • SHOTND>8: special holiday rest day beyond 8 hours with night differential
