How To Set Up Pro-Rate Leave

Admin > Leaves > Pro rate tab

The pro-rate leave function within the admin section calculates the accrued leave balance for employees by considering their first month of employment within a specified date range. Here is the guideline on how to set it up.

  1. Navigate to admin menu > leaves, and go to pro rate tab

  2. Enable the pro rate setup by selecting 'yes'

  3. Enter the specific date range and its equivalent earned leave

  4. Click the add button. You can add as many based on your company policy

  5. Click the save button
