How to use the Admin Data Change? (By Uploading)

This article helps you to know how to upload data change as an Admin.

  1. Go to HRIS

  2. Select Employee

    1. Click the Upload



      There are two methods of data change.

      A. Update Employee Information

      1. Select the Update Employee Information

      2. Click the download template

      3. Fill out all the data needed

      4. Click the Excel to download

      5. Then start filling out the excel file. Legends are available in the legends sheet

      6. Upload the file, errors are reflected on the left side. If errors exists, saving of the file will not proceed. Correct first the file before saving.

      7. Then save

      B. Data Change

      1. Select the Data Change

      2. Select Excel to download the file

      3. Start filling out the Excel file. Legends are available in the legends sheet

      4. Upload the file, errors are reflected on the left side. If errors exists, saving of the file will not proceed. Correct first the file before saving.

      5. Then save
