# How to Cancel a Filed Requisition Using “File on Behalf”

This article provides a concise guide on how to cancel a requisition filed using the 'File on Behalf' module, outlining the necessary steps to properly cancel the filing.

1.  Go to [**AanyaHR**](https://appv2.aanyahr.com/login/) and **log in** to your account.
    
2.  Go to the **Management Module** then click on **File on Behalf.**
    
3.  On the **filing list**, choose the name of the employee for whom you wish to modify the filing, then click **"Search"** to proceed with modifying the filing.

4.  Upon selecting the employee's name, please complete the filing details you wish to cancel, then click **"Search**" to proceed with modifying the filing.

5.  Upon clicking the **"Search"** button, select the three-dot icon located in the top-left corner of the filing details.

6.  Then, click the **"Cancel"** button.

7.  After clicking the cancel button, a confirmation message will appear. Select **"Yes"**

8.  Once you click yes**,** a confirmation message will appear, indicating that the filing has been successfully canceled.
