Go to Admin
Select Drop Down Settings
Click the Create
In Dropdown Name box, select Account Code
Encode the Account Code in Dropdown Entry Box
Select the status of the code.
Active: Select this if it’s currently in use.
Inactive: Select this if it won't be used and should be turned off.
Click Add to encode another Account Code
Then Save
