# How to file on behalf of your team member?

Is your team member unable to file applications? Follow these steps to assist them

1.  Go to [**AanyaHR**](https://v2uat.aanyahr.com/login/) and login to your account.
    
2.  Go to **Management > File On Behalf.**

3.  Select **CREATE**

4.  Select which filing type you applying

5.  Select employee and date range (Date From/Date To)

6.  Click **SEARCH**

7.  Filing window of the selected filing type will show. Select and enter information required just like how you do filing for yourself.
