How to assign employees' schedule?

To assign employees' schedule, follow these steps

  1. Go to AanyaHR and login to your account.

  2. Go to Management > Schedule.

  3. Click CREATE

  4. Select date range (Date From, Date To), alternate week, and tag type.

    Select each subordinates names and do not click "Select All"

  5. Apply schedule for whole week or you can modify per day

  6. Click ADD,

    It will display the list of Employee and Date you have selected;

    If an incorrect employee and date is added, click the corresponding TRASH BIN ICON to remove them.

  7. Click SAVE

    1. After clicking SAVE, you will be directed to Employee Schedule List View and see if tagging of schedule is COMPLETED
