To set up Approval Process for Single Approver, please follow these steps:
Go to AanyaHR and login your account.
Go to Admin then click on Approval Process.
On Approval List view, click CREATE button.
On Approval Process tab, enter required information. Then choose 1 for level of approval (for single approver)
NAME - Name of the Approval Process you want to create
DESCRIPTION - Additional information to support the created Approval Process
LEVEL OF APPROVAL - Number of layers in the approval procedure you created.
STATUS - Active or Inactive
Active - Approval name that you created will be available in the dropdown for Approval Process
Inactive - Approval name that you created will be unavailable in the dropdown for Approval Process
Once you choose "1" on Level of Approval, these fields will show. Please fill out all the required fields.
Choose "TAG TYPE" - Filtering options to select the escalation officer (Eg: Department, Employee)
This is depends on the organization policy.
RECEIVE NOTIFICATION - Choose what platform you want to receive notification for approval for filings.
ESCALATION - Is use to set where to escalate the filing in case the filing is not yet approve after how many days.
Once all required information filed out. Click SAVE (Upper right corner)
