How to create Cost Allocation? (Uploading)

This Article helps to create cost allocation by uploading in AanyaHR

  1. Go to AanyaHR and log in to your account.

  2. Go to Payroll tab, then Set-up

  3. and select Cost Allocation


  4. Click Upload button

  5. In documents, drop down the new allocation.

  6. Click Download Template to use in uploading

  7. Choose Excel and start filling up the template with the information needed in cost allocation

  8. Once done with the fill-up, upload it to New Allocation and choose the file to upload

  9. Then, if no errors encountered, click Save

  10. If there is an error, kindly evaluate the file. Use the error message on the left side to see the errors in the uploaded file, then repeat steps #7 to #9.
