How to update Cost Allocation by Uploading?

This article helps to update Cost Allocation thru uploading

  1. Log in to AanyaHR.

  2. Go to Payroll Tab > Setup > Cost Allocation

  3. Click the upload button

  4. In the Documents box, select Update Allocation and click the download button

  5. Fill up the Company, Branch, Department, Employee Status and Employee to update. Then click the View Report

  6. Then download the excel report and update

  7. After filling up the updated allocation report, upload it in Update Allocation.

  8. If the file being uploaded cannot be saved, there is an error with the file being uploaded. Sometimes errors might be reflected as blank.

  9. If this happens, kindly turn the dashboard to black by going to the moon icon at the upper right side of the dashboard to see the error.


  10. Correct the errors and reupload the file.

  11. If there are no errors in uploading, kindly save the changes.

  12. A confirmation will appear if it has been successfully saved.

  13. Then proceed to creation of JE-Cost Allocation.
