How to create Cost Allocation? (Encoding Manually)

This article helps to create Cost Allocation by encoding manually

Manual creating

  1. Go to AanyaHR and log in to your account.

  2. Go to Payroll tab, then Set-up

  3. Select Cost Allocation

  4. Click Create button

  5. Choose the cost center to assign to the employee.

  6. Select Employee Name

  7. In percentage, indicate the percentage for the selected employee

  8. In Frequency, select how frequently to use the allocation.


  9. Recurr Start is the start of the cut-off where the allocation will be used.

  10. Recurr End is the end date where the allocation will be used.

  11. Choose the Status of the said allocation
    Active: Select whether this is currently being used.
    Inactive: Choose this if it is not in use and should be turned off.

  12. Then click Save.

  13. There is an option to add another row for another cost allocation before saving.
