Creation, maintaining and list of payroll cut – off that will be using for payroll for every category.

Creation of New Payroll Cut-off

**Cut-off Name** - preferred cut-off Name

**Payroll Type -** Payroll type such as Monthly, Semi-monthly, Weekly or Daily

**Search Year -** Applicable year for the payroll cut-off to be created

**Active -** if the payroll cut-off is Active or Inactive

**1st cut-off**

**Date From -** start date of 1st cut off

**Month -** Applicable month for date start date of 1st cut off

**Date To -** last date of 1st cut off

**Month -** Applicable month for last date of 1st cut off

**Payday -** pay out date of 1st cut off

**Month -** Applicable month for pay-out date of 1st cut off

**2nd cut-off**

**Date From -** start date of 2nd cut off

**Month -** Applicable month for date start date of 2nd cut off

**Date To -** last date of 2nd cut off

**Month -** Applicable month for last date of 2nd cut off

**Payday -** pay out date of 2nd cut off

**Month -** Applicable month for pay-out date of 2nd cut off
