# Shift Code

Shift Code Functionality

## Shift Code - code used to assign schedule to employees

**Shift Name -** automatic display once **Time In and Time Out** already filed out

**Status -** to set if Shift is Active or Inactive

**Active -** shift code will be visible on assigning shift and filing of Change Schedule

**Inactive -** shift code will be disabled/not visible

### Shift Codes:

**WRD -** Working Rest Day

**RD -** Rest Day

**Off-Work -** Additional day off, considered as Paid

**No-Work -** With or without logs, considered as Unpaid/Absent

**Multi Shift -** When user have 2 or more schedule within the same calendar day

**Flexi -** To be used only if TK Catgory is Full FLexi
